We found an example online of a pre-existing 21 day sugar "detox". This is an example of how daunting and negative the current challenges are to complete. We feel that the limitation of certain fruit (called a "no" food) and vegetables is actually a deterrent for the users wellbeing, as currently fruit and vegetables are often not apart enough of a typical students diet. This list of yes and no foods is also daunting because of its size, our app will aim to be manageable tasks every week to promote a healthy lifestyle change that is realistic.
